The Lab Ensemble has been developing a futuristic world centered around an eco-city named "Grove of Concord," set in 2038. The ensemble is exploring how collaboration and resource efficiency can reshape everyday scenes, drawing inspiration from Thornton Wilder's Our Town to fuel their creativity. We still have more work to do, but the Ensemble members are off to a great start!

Coming up: The Lost Lorax Chronicles!

The Lab Ensemble will be exploring the world of The Lorax in the spring! We will focus on point of view storytelling utilizing the Dr. Seuss classic as inspiration. Remember the Brown Bar-ba-loots? The Humming Fish? The Swomee-Swans? Get ready to create and design stories from their point of view and learn how to tell them theatrically. The Ensemble will meet on specific Saturdays between January-March. Exact dates and registration to be announced in October.

AUDITIONS!

We will be holding auditions for our holiday show on Sunday, October 13 from 12-3pm, at 2954 Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport CT 06605. Auditions by appointment only, see below.

It’s like your favorite TikTok but with miracles and candy – come for the laughs, stay for the history!
